Hi Vis Everywear takes pride in getting orders dispatched as fast as possible, we trust that our shipping method will meet your expectation. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet these expectations we will notify you when the shipment will be expected.

Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for rural areas.

All returns, including samples, must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date to:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless returned goods were damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped.
Please ensure all products are correct in all aspects i.e. colour, style, size and quantity prior to return and must be returned in a saleable condition. Hi Vis Everywear will not accept products that have been altered or damaged.
Claims for incorrectly shipped products must be notified to us within 5 business days of delivery to qualify for a credit. All other claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, failing to comply with this may result in a repackaging fee per garment.
All goods returned must include the Receipt issued with the order.
